These estimates are generated using AI and publicly available market data. They do not constitute professional tax advice. Consult a qualified tax professional for official valuations and tax filing guidance.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Subscriptions

• Free Tier: Limited to 15 AI scans per month with CSV export.
• Plus ($4.99/mo): Unlimited scans, PDF reports, and full donation history.
• Pro ($9.99/mo): Bulk scanning, advanced analytics, and priority support.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Intellectual Property

DonationLens and its content are owned by Appcore. You retain ownership of the donation data and reports you create using the service.

Limitation of Liability

DonationLens is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including any inaccuracies in AI-generated valuations.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to DonationLens for violations of these terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of DonationLens after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
