Information We Collect

VoxBreak does not collect any personal information. All voice recordings, transcriptions, and formatted notes are stored locally on your device.

How Your Data Is Processed

• Speech Recognition: Uses Apple's on-device Speech framework. Audio is processed locally and never sent to external servers.
• AI Formatting: Note formatting and organization happens entirely on your device using on-device machine learning.
• Local Storage: All notes and recordings are stored locally on your device.

Apple Watch

VoxBreak's Apple Watch companion app records audio and transfers it to your iPhone using Apple's WatchConnectivity framework over Bluetooth or WiFi. This transfer happens directly between your devices.

Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, transmit, or store any of the following: voice recordings, transcription text, personal identification information, location data, device identifiers, or usage analytics.

Third-Party Services

• Speech Framework: Apple's on-device speech recognition. Governed by Apple's privacy policy.
• StoreKit: Used for in-app purchases. Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple.

Data Security

Your data is protected by the security features built into iOS. Since all data stays on your device, it benefits from your device's encryption and passcode protection.

Data Deletion

You can delete individual notes within the app, or delete all data by removing the app from your device.

Permissions

• Microphone: Required for voice recording. Only active when you explicitly start a recording.
• Speech Recognition: Required for on-device transcription.
• Reminders: Optional, for creating reminders from your notes.

Children's Privacy

VoxBreak does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. Since no personal data is collected, the app is safe for use by all ages.
