HouseIQ is a home management application that helps you track properties, appliances, maintenance schedules, and related documents. The app stores data locally on your device and optionally syncs via iCloud.

3. Subscriptions

HouseIQ offers the following subscription options:

• Monthly: $2.99/month
• Annual: $24.99/year

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID and can be cancelled at any time through your device's Settings.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and iCloud account. You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose of home management.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of HouseIQ is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All data is stored locally and optionally synced via your personal iCloud account.

6. Intellectual Property

HouseIQ and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by Appcore and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

HouseIQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

Appcore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of HouseIQ.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Appcore from any claims arising from your use of the app or violation of these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to HouseIQ at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or Appcore.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
